One-on-One Messaging Program

1. Program Purpose  

The Orange Grove Foundation uses SMS for personal, one‑on‑one communication including appointment reminders, housing inquiries, check‑ins, and service coordination.

2. Message Frequency  

Messages are sent as needed, typically 1–4 messages per week.

3. Opt‑In

You may opt in by providing your mobile number, signing intake documents, or texting START.

4. Opt‑Out

Reply STOP at any time to end messages. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

9. Eligibility

SMS communication is only available to individuals 18 years or older.

Messages may include links to resources or standard‑rate phone numbers. No premium‑rate numbers are used.
